  1. Huntingpol website | Hunting Office available at www.huntingpol.eu, hereinafter referred to as the “Website”, run by HUNTINGPOL Katarzyna Szymańska, ul. Wierzbowa 5/5, 61- 853 Poznań, operates in accordance with Art. 13 sec. 1-2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (general regulation on data protection ) (Journal of Laws UE L 119, p. 1) – hereinafter referred to as GDPR.

The administrator of personal data collected via the Website is the company HUNTINGPOL Katarzyna Szymańska, entered into the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG) under No. 4811/2020, NIP 7542617893, REGON 301482440, email: huntingpol@op.pl, tel. + 48 792 181 514, hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator” and being also the Service Provider.
  3. The Administrator attaches great importance to the protection of privacy and confidentiality of personal data entered by Internet Users (hereinafter referred to as Users) into electronic forms on the Website available in the domain www.huntingpol.eu.

Following the applicability of the regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) you have a right to:
    1. withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any moment
      2. access to your personal data, to recitificate, amend or restrict them, right to transfer them, to reflect the opposition regarding processing the data and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, which is the President of the Office of the Personal Character Data Protection.
  5. Any requests regarding the processing of personal data, including your rights, can be send via email on our address: huntingpol@op.pl. Your requests will be processed without indue delay and, at the latest, within 30 days of request.
  6. HUNTINGPOL shall take any technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data and to prevent from unlawful access and use of the stored data, as well as to prevent from accidental destruction or loss. HUNTINGPOL processes your personal data only for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes related to your hunt and transmit them only to the organising entities or those supervising your hunt (the Police, Forest Service, Forest Departments, PZŁ). Data will not be further processed in a way incompatible with those purposes.

COOKIES

  1. The website uses “cookies”. If the User does not change the browser settings, he agrees to their use.
  2. The installation of “cookies” is necessary for the proper provision of services on the Website. The “cookies” files contain information necessary for the proper functioning of the Website, in particular those requiring authorization.
  3. The Website uses three types of “cookies”: “session”, “permanent” and “analytical”.
  4. “Session” cookies are temporary files that are stored on the User’s end device until logging out (leaving the Website).
